Governor Declarations 

In line with statutory guidance, governors are required to declare any relationships or interests that could potentially influence their role. At present, one governor is married to a member of staff and another governor is in a relationship with a member of staff.

Our Headteacher also serves as a governor at another school in Buckinghamshire. This helps to share good practice and strengthen links across schools, while still keeping our children at the heart of every decision here. 

These interests have been formally recorded, and the governors withdraw from any discussions or decisions where a potential conflict of interest could arise.
